This work begins with a question: how are these historical figures constructed to eventually become part of the contemporary cultural identity of Germany?
In the form of a parody travel guide, it deliberately misrepresents the grand narratives. Instead of typical tourist attractions such as Goethe's House, the guide focuses on places relevant to pigeons, such as where to eat and stay overnight.
Numerous copies are placed next to the "real" travel guide in the tourist information centre, inviting, or "misguiding" tourists mischievously, to explore Weimar from a pigeon's perspective.
